Can I order over the phone?

No, purchasing can only be done on with a Debit/Credit card on the check out page.

Does my phone comes with a charger block and cable?

Mostly all of our phones comes with the charging block. However, the Apple iPhone 12/greater does not come with the charging block. All Phones do not come with SIM card. 

What forms of payments could I use?

We accept all major cards. Visa, American Express, Discover, as well as various portals such as Google Pay, Elo, and ShopPay.

How long does it takes to get my order?

Yes, we do ship to the US territories and internationally.

How do I cancel an order?

To reduce delay, complete this within the first 24 hours of your purchase.

Original Sales Order Number, Your Name/Account Number/Contact Information, Quantity and the Reason for Cancellation.

Do I receive a tracking number with my purchase?

Yes, your tracking number would be issued to you via email, after your order has been processed.

Why was my ordered canceled?

Most orders are canceled due to incorrect billing that corresponds with your banking records. 

How could I make a Bulk purchase?

Are all Credit Cards or Debit cards accepted?

Yes, all major Credit cards and Debit Cards are accepted on our platform.

Do you allow Wire Transfer?

Yes, wire transfer are only accept on the bulk site

Is ACH accepted?

Yes, ACH transfer are only accept on the bulk site

What shipping Carrier do you use?

We utilize FedEx and UPS as our main shipping providers.

Why was my credit card payment declined...?

Declined Credit Cards are primarily due to incorrect

billing addresses.

Route Protection

With Route protection, returns for package damaging must be reported within 5 days once the package is received. Please contact our support team at and provide images when filing a claim. 

If package is delayed or lost, please contact us at and we will be more than happy to help you. 

What happen if your my shipment is lost or stolen?

We do apologize for the inconvenience but on the off chance that this does occur, please consider the following:
- If the customer purchased Route shipping protection with you order: the customer must report this to, to open a claim within 5 days once the package is marked deliver by the carrier.
- If the customer did not purchase Route shipping protection with you order: the customer must contact either FedEx (800) 463-3339 or UPS (800) 742-5877, depending on the carrier, they will open an investigation regarding the missing or stolen package, (This may take up to 30 business days to get result).

What to do once a claim is opened? 
The customer must contact the carrier for updates regarding the investigation, depending on the carrier you can contact FedEx (800) 463-3339 or UPS (800) 742-5877.

What items are returnable

  • You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
  • Phone Daddy offers a 30-Day return policy and a 90-Day warranty. As long as you are in your 30-Day return window, we will take the item back; however, you will be responsible for return shipping.
  • If the item is being returned during the 30-Day return policy window due to a defect, a prepaid label will be issued by Phone Daddy’s customer service (see Phone Daddy Approval Section).
  • If Phone Daddy finds that nothing is wrong with the item once the item is received back, the customer will be charged for the cost of the prepaid return label. Must be in the same cosmetic condition as delivered from Phone Daddy.
  • All returns must be shipped back with their accompanying order number, packaging, accessories (if applicable).
  • If the item is still under manufacturer warranty, the device must be taken to the manufacturer for defects.
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or Route protection are not returnable!
  • If the item is stolen or missing this will not be eligible for a return request.

How to start a return?
  • Click on the link above to go to our return/exchange page.
  • Enter your order number and shipping zip code in the fields and click Get Started.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

Phone Daddy Return Approval

  • Serial number/IMEI being sent back to Phone Daddy MUST match the item we have sold to you. Phone Daddy tracks this number to each order to deliver the correct phone, tablet, etc.
  • Attempts to send back an item that is not ours, we will not allow for the return
  • For Apple phones and tablets, the Find My iPhone feature must be turned off prior to you sending us back the device.
  • For Androids and Samsungs, please disable the Passcode, Fingerprint ID/Face ID and remove your account from either the Google/Samsung account.
  • All devices are checked for Activation lock prior to being sent out to our customers, and thus, if there is an activation lock on the item, this has been linked to your account. We will check the item for activation lock and send instructions accordingly as to how to remove it. If you are unsuccessful in disabling the Find My iPhone/Google/Samsung Account feature, the return will not be accepted.
  • Note: If the item was tampered/altered when Phone Daddy receives it, the return will not be accepted, and the device will be sent back to you as is.
  • Once Return is received and validated, Phone Daddy will issue a refund, exchange replacement, or Store Credit. Refund or Replacement can take up to 10 days for processing while Store Credit would be 1-2 Business Days.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • You are responsible for the charges of return shipping only if the reason is NOT due to defects. All phones with functional issues will be provided a prepaid label.
  • If Phone Daddy finds that nothing is wrong with the item once the item is received back, the customer will be charged for the cost of the prepaid return label. Must be in the same cosmetic condition as delivered from Phone Daddy.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless if the item arrived LATE.
  • A restocking fee will NOT be applied if item is sent back in the condition it was received. However, if the item has been opened or used (only in the case of brand new or new open box phones), a 25% restocking fee will apply, plus appropriate shipping fees. Any shipment refusals, cancellations, or returns after the 30-Day Return window (after Shipment) will also be assessed the 25% restocking fee, plus shipping.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

90 Day Warranty Coverage

  • If device starts to malfunction and has mechanical issues, examples, volume button stops working, the camera stops working, this is covered in Phone Daddy’s 90-Day warranty. If there is an issue with the device, please contact us and we will either fix the issue, or replace the phone. The warranty does not cover:
  • Accidental Damage (if you crack your phone, we will not replace the screen for you)
  • Damages caused by misuse/abuse/external factors (including Shipping that will be between you and FedEx).
  • Cosmetic wear and tear inside the 90 Days.
  • Software issues (Example iOS updated the software and now its running slower).
  • Liquid Damage is not covered as a result of misuse/abuse/external factors.
