Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Of course. Phone Daddy is committed to providing products that are free from functional defect whenever possible. Should products that are purchased from Phone Daddy fail under normal usage during the warranty period, Phone Daddy will issue credit and refund as directed according to our return policy which you can read HERE.
Q: What about shipping?
A: We cover the cost to ship your order anywhere in the continental USA when you spend over $1000!. Just one less thing to worry about.
Q: Is there a warranty?
A: Absolutely. We offer a complimentary 90 day warranty on all the phones we sell, regardless of grade. Check out our return/warranty policy HERE
Q: Do you charge taxes?
A: Our site is for wholesale customers only. Taxes will not be added to any orders outside of Texas. In the state of Texas however, we will charge a tax. To receive your tax payment refund, please email us a copy of your tax resale certificate to email@example.com
Q: Can I visit your warehouse and see the product in person?
