Apple Launches Fitness+

Apple today announced the launch of Fitness+, a new subscription service that brings studio-quality workouts to your iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. Fitness+ is designed to help you stay active and healthy, no matter what your fitness level or goals.

The service offers a wide variety of workouts, including high-intensity interval training (HIIT), yoga, strength training, dance, and more. There are also workouts for beginners, intermediates, and advanced exercisers.

Key features of Fitness+ include:

  • Studio-quality workouts: Led by certified trainers, all Fitness+ workouts are filmed in a state-of-the-art studio.
  • Real-time workout metrics: Your Apple Watch will track your heart rate, calories burned, and other workout metrics.
  • Personalized recommendations: Fitness+ will recommend workouts based on your fitness level, goals, and interests.
  • Group workouts: Work out with friends and family using the Group Fitness feature.
  • Curated playlists: Keep your energy levels high with curated playlists for every workout.

Apple has officially launched their newest app “Fitness+” that includes over 200 workout options, a full cast of trainers, and a variety of music options. The service requires an Apple Watch to work.

Fitness+ is available as a subscription service for $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. The service is also included in the Apple One Premier plan.
